M&A Transaction Extends the Companies’ Combined Global Footprint to Seven Countries Throughout the Americas and Europe
MIAMI, Florida, USA — March 17, 2023 — Flor Americas and B-HIVE Cannabis Venture Group (“B-HIVE”) are pleased to announce their M&A transaction, which extends the companies’ combined global footprint to include Argentina, Canada, Colombia, Germany, the Netherlands, USA, and Uruguay along with ongoing partnerships in Brazil, Lithuania, Peru, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

Recently, B-HIVE has received $15 million in commitments that include a leading Singapore investment firm via its relationship with Kinetiq Group and affiliate in the Netherlands, and the company has been actively exploring M&A opportunities throughout Latin America and Europe.
